Thai Freeze Dry Terms and Conditions

 

Service terms:

• Customer provides Purchase Order (via website, email or fax)
• TFD sends Pro-Forma Invoice verifying prices and estimated shipping dates
• Customer provides 50% deposit based on Pro-Forma Invoice
    (No orders will be processed until deposit is received)
• Prior to shipment TFD will advise shipping date, quantities and value.
• Customer pays balance in full
• TFD ships merchandise

Prices:

• We will ensure that the prices of our products are clear and concise.The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. Prices may fluctuate based on supply and demand of produce, energy costs and other variables. In all such cases we will update the prices on our website. Any sales made within The Kingdom of Thailand are subject to VAT wich will be paid by the customer.

Payment terms:

• All prices are F.O.B. Chiang Mai Thailand
• 50% together with order upon receipt of our pro-forma invoice
• 50% due prior to shipment
• In the case of payments in foreign currency, the amount due will be based on Thai baht.

Thai Freeze Dry offers our herbal supplements with the following packaging options:

Packaging:

• Each box contains 60 capsules of 500mg each.
• 12 Boxes are packaged in one carton = 720 capsules.
• 12 Cartons comprise one master carton = 144 boxes = 8,640 capsules.

Weight & Dimensions:

• Master Carton dimensions:430 x 404 x 249 mm
• Master Carton weight: approx. 9.5 kilos
• Carton demensions: 207 x 195 x 75 mm
• Carton weight: approx. 0.7 kilos

Shipping terms:

• All prices are F.O.B. Chiang Mai.
• The customer will be responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed at customer’s destination.

Please allow partial shipments due to the seasonal and otherwise inconsistent supply of raw materials.
If customer has a preferred carrier or shipping agent please provide details.
